Our policy is provided to allow you to buy with confidence.

This policy means that you may request replacements for your seeds and/or cuttings if they do not thrive under normal conditions. We guarantee one (1) replacement totally free of cost to you; you don't even pay shipping.

To help control costs, please request your replacements at one time if you have purchased more than one plant item.

Past the one, you may request up to three (3) more replacements free of cost to you, however, you pay the shipping cost.

You may also send back anything you have purchased for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.
